Hi, I’m Emahlea (“Em-ah-lee”) Wilcher!
I'm a Registered Dietitian (also known as RD/RDN), nutrition therapist, and entrepreneur. I have a master of public health from University of Washington (go Huskies!). Now, I'm located all the way on the opposite side of the country in Nashville, Tennessee. I see clients anywhere virtually!
When you work with me, you can expect to set strong goals and I'll guide you along in how to meet them. I use a trauma-informed approach so we can move at the pace that is most comfortable and safe for you. If you have a challenging relationship with food and your body, I'll work alongside you to strengthen and heal that relationship. I center my practice around developing body respect and cultivating body wisdom, allowing you to have a peaceful relationship with food that motivates you to grow in a direction that works best for you.
In my free time, I like to go to the gym, travel, hang out with my cat, try new foods, and play guitar!

Savannah McIntosh, MS, RDN, LDN
Registered Dietitian & Nutrition Therapist
Hi, I’m Savannah McIntosh!
I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Nutrition Therapist currently based in Pensacola, Florida. My path to nutrition began with my own health struggles when I developed systemic eczema that left me feeling disconnected from my body and overwhelmed. Through nourishing from the inside out, I found healing, and I’ve now been eczema-free for three years. That journey inspired me to help others rebuild trust in their bodies and create a healthier, more balanced relationship with food.
I believe health is not one-size-fits-all. Struggles with food and body aren’t signs of weakness. Instead, they are signs your body is doing its best to protect you. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. Together, we’ll gently explore the patterns that keep you stuck and find practices that fit your life, your culture, and your values.
In addition to my private practice, I also work as a clinical dietitian in a hospital setting, where I support patients with complex medical needs and recovery. These experiences remind me daily of the resilience of the human body and spirit.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me in my garden, at the gym lifting weights, spending time with family, or hanging out with my animals.

Hi, I’m Jamee Calisa!
Hi! I’m Jamee Calisa, MS, RDN, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Nutrition Therapist. I was born in Manila, Philippines, earned my Master of Science in Nutrition from the University of Northern Colorado, and now live in Sacramento, California.
I believe struggles with food and body aren’t failures—they’re signals. Your body and nervous system have been working hard to keep you safe. My work is trauma-informed, compassionate, and culturally sensitive. Together, we’ll move at a comfortable pace, set realistic goals, and honor your food history, culture, and values.
In addition to private practice, I serve as a clinical dietitian and foodservice director in a skilled nursing facility. This keeps me grounded in evidence-based care and the realities of healing and recovery.
Outside of work, I love dancing, lifting at the gym, crafting, exploring new foods, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Hi, I’m Wyatt Todd!
I’m a Registered Dietitian & Nutrition Therapist based in New York City. I earned my MS in Nutrition and Dietetics from New York University and completed my dietetic internship at NYU Langone Hospital, where I now work part-time.
I’m passionate about bridging the gap between nutrition knowledge and practical application. With extensive culinary experience from the Health Supportive Culinary Arts Program at the Institute of Culinary Education, I love helping clients navigate grocery stores, develop cooking skills, and learn how simple techniques can transform wholesome ingredients into delicious meals. I also have a growing interest in women’s health nutrition, particularly in supporting those navigating fertility challenges.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate, focusing on building sustainable skills that empower you to take charge of your nutrition journey. Whether you’re managing a medical condition, improving your relationship with food, or expanding your cooking repertoire, I’ll meet you where you are and help you reach your goals.

Registered Dietitian & Nutrition Therapist
Hi, I’m Sarah Dahlman-Smith!
I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Nutrition Therapist. I earned my Master of Science in Public Health Nutrition from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Originally from England, I moved to the U.S. and eventually settled in East Tennessee for 16 years before making my home in Three Rivers, California, near Sequoia National Park.
I believe we all have the capacity to use our experiences as tools for resilience and healing. In my work, I take a person-centered approach—getting to know your unique story, values, culture, and relationship with food—to help support your goals and foster lasting, positive change. You’ll find a safe, supportive space where I listen deeply, empower you to set your own path, and guide you toward sustainable, long-term well-being at a pace that feels right for you.
Alongside my private practice, I serve as a full-time WIC Program Director, where I support families and children in improving food access and nutrition. This role has deepened my understanding of the barriers many people face and strengthened my commitment to helping them find practical, compassionate solutions.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking and camping, long-distance running, traveling, baking, and spending time with my husband, friends, family, and cat.

Hi, I’m Madeline Barker!
I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in Arizona. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Northern Arizona University and completed my Master of Science in Community Medical Dietetics from Viterbo University. I currently practice virtually and work with clients across Arizona and beyond.
I offer personalized nutrition counseling for a wide range of concerns including weight management, metabolic health, gut health, hormone balance, and overall longevity. I have a passion for helping growth-minded individuals feel confident in their food choices and reconnect with their bodies. My approach blends evidence-based clinical nutrition with a functional lens, always considering the whole person rather than just a diagnosis. Together, we create a plan that aligns with your goals, lifestyle, lab data, and real-life demands.
My nutrition philosophy centers around sustainability, nourishment, and empowerment. I believe food should support your health without creating fear or restriction. When working with me, you can expect clear education, balanced plate strategies, practical habit-building, and individualized macro guidance when appropriate. I focus on building consistency over perfection so you can create results that last well beyond our time together.
In my free time, I love traveling with my husband, trying new restaurants, gardening, and practicing yoga. I value creativity, connection, and building a life that feels both balanced and fulfilling.

Evan Coveney, MS, RDN
Registered Dietitian & Nutrition Therapist
Hi, I’m Evan Coveney!
I’m a Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Therapist based out of Indianapolis. I am in this role because I believe that everyone has the right and the power to enjoy food while living guilt-free in their body.
The first part of my philosophy is the idea that the client is the expert. If you work with me this means that we can move at your pace and towards your goals. My role is to support you, offering guidance, counseling, and expertise in nutrition when necessary. I want to be there with clients every step of the way as we move towards your goals. I’m all about offering informed and collaborative care, celebrating the small victories, and acknowledging the difficulties.
The second part of my philosophy is that we must work together to unlearn some of the harmful myths about food and our bodies. We are often told (subliminally and explicitly) harmful things about food and our bodies that we end up internalizing. I am here to help you break all these myths down and find the truth for yourself. My only goal is to enable clients to find sustainable behaviors that allow them to feel free and to be present in their body.
Outside of my work I like to read, try new restaurants with friends, listen to music, and lift weights.

Julia Lehle, MBA, RDN
Registered Dietitian & Nutrition Therapist
Hi, I’m Julia Lehle (She/Her)!
I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Nutrition Therapist based out of Texas. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Texas Woman’s University and completed my Master of Business Administration from Texas State University.
I’m passionate about helping individuals build sustainable, compassionate relationships with food, their bodies, and their health — especially during transitions and moments of self-discovery. I believe nourishment goes far beyond nutrients; it is shaped by culture, identity, and lived experiences. That’s why I strive to understand the full picture of each client’s story.
I approach counseling through an empathetic, client-centered, and anti-diet lens. Together, we explore patterns around eating and body image, challenge rigid food rules, and build practical skills that support your goals at a pace that feels safe and empowering. My hope is that clients begin to experience more freedom and flexibility with food, reduce guilt and anxiety around eating, and rebuild trust in their bodies.
I’m particularly interested in working with individuals experiencing disordered eating patterns and those seeking to cultivate a more peaceful relationship with food. I support clients in breaking cycles of restriction and overeating, improving body image, and developing sustainable habits that feel realistic rather than overwhelming. I also have a strong commitment to providing affirming and culturally responsive care for LGBTQ+ clients.
Beyond counseling, you can find me spending time with my wife and my two adorable dachshunds. I also enjoy painting and spending time in nature.
